The Procurement Tech Alliance has been building and globalizing a large variety of products in the Source-to-Pay domain and finalizing the tactical aspect of several tools to enable our teams to procure high quality ingredients at the lowest cost with minimal effort. The Alliance is getting ready to incorporate more data to the decision making process to build cutting edge decision support systems in the domain.

The role

As the Senior Technical Program Manager, you will work with our stakeholder, product analysts, and engineering teams to guide and shape complex integration projects among internal and external tools, ensuring delivery of end to end results. As a passionate product manager yourself, you'll work hands-on with one or more engineering teams to plan and execute business initiatives, feature / product launches and platform improvements. Using your communication, problem solving, project management, and technical skills, you'll help bridge the gap between product and engineering, empowering teams to bring together complex ideas to life.

While Product Owners at HelloTech focus on which initiatives their squads should work on and why, TPMs work closely with multiple engineering teams to understand how and when they'll deliver those initiatives.

What you’ll do

• Driving the process of transforming business requirements into actionable delivery plans
• Make data-driven decisions about delivery by validating business assumptions and requirements 
• Building and maintaining a roadmap for the initiatives in a team's backlog
• Communicating with other squads to manage dependencies and mitigate risks
• Facilitating planning sessions, tracking the progress of individual tasks and proactively surfacing and removing blockers
• Providing progress of the initiatives to senior stakeholders and collecting feedback in a structured manner

• You have outstanding verbal and written communication skills, which you use to remove ambiguity and build a common understanding among team members
• You have project management experience, and a structured and methodological approach to project management
• You possess advanced data analysis capabilities to validate business assumptions and outcomes
• You are highly organized and have a strong sense of ownership
• You can work well with stakeholders from different commercial domains
• You have worked closely with software engineers and product managers in a previous roles
