Homebot is a Revenue Orchestration Platform for our customers to enable homeowners, movers, and first time homebuyers build wealth through homeownership. Our customers include Mortgage Lenders, Real Estate Agents, Banks, Credit Unions, Loan Servicers, Insurance agencies and Title Companies.
We’re in need of an experienced, consultative Account Executive to be a part of our Sales team to help us grow through new account acquisition and growth of existing Homebot customers.

This is a full-time position based in our Denver, CO office. (We have a hybrid work model in place that allows employees to split their time between working in-office and from home a few days a week.)

Compensation: We are committed to providing competitive pay and benefits that are in line with industry standards. We analyze and carefully consider several factors when determining compensation, including skills, qualifications and professional experience, which can cause your compensation to vary. This role has an annual targeted base salary range of $90,000 - $130,000, with variable compensation from $120,000 - $160,000 (with uncapped commission potential via our accelerated comp model).

The impact you’ll make by joining us:
Within 1 month you will:
- Complete onboarding to understand Homebot’s mission, values, and product
- Shadow experienced Account Executives to learn best practices and sales processes
- Become an ‘A’ student of your assigned territory
- Begin building a pipeline of qualified leads
Within 3 months you will:
- Conduct discovery calls with prospects to uncover goals, challenges, and opportunities, using the insights to deliver tailored product presentations and demos that address their business needs
- Achieve 3x pipeline coverage of your sales target
- Become an expert in the market, competitors, and our offering
Within 6 months you will:
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Decision Makers (KDMs) in your assigned business segment
- Advance qualified opportunities through complex sales cycles, adhering to stage exit criteria and maintaining a 33%+ win rate
- Provide feedback to internal teams on prospect and market needs to support continuous improvement of Homebot’s offerings
Within 1 year you will:
- Achieve or surpass your annual sales quota through new account acquisition and expansion of existing accounts
- Be recognized as a trusted advisor by your clients, consistently delivering value through strategic engagement
- Contribute to team success by sharing best practices, mentoring new team members, and championing Homebot’s values
- Demonstrate expertise in your assigned segment
- Establish Homebot as the preferred partner for your customers
What You’ll Be Accountable For:
- Achieving or exceeding your quota by driving new account acquisition and growing existing accounts
- Managing long / complex enterprise sales cycles with tactful persistence and adherence to stage exit criteria
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with Key Decision Makers (KDMs), including engagement at the C-Level and E-Level of organizations
- Maintaining deep knowledge of your assigned accounts and market, proactively identifying growth opportunities and executing strategies to maximize revenue
- Collaborating closely with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Customer Success) to align on customer needs and deliver solutions that exceed expectations
Collaboration:
- This role will report to the VP of Enterprise Growth
- You will work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to accelerate growth for our organization
- You will be a part of a team of Account Executives on the Sales team
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of Account Executive experience selling into the mortgage banking and financial enterprise sector
- Experience with selling Software as a Service and/or contract-based subscription services
- Experience selling to multiple stakeholders at the C-level and E-level of organizations
- Experience with landing and expanding existing clients to maximize account penetration over time
Bonus Points:
- You are familiar with Real Estate and/or Mortgage Lending and the different stakeholders involved with homeownership
- Experience in selling directly to banks, credit unions, and/or mortgage lenders
- Experience working in a start-up/fast-paced environment
Characteristics of a Homebot Account Executive:
- Sales professional, experience working with complex SaaS sales cycles
