Responsibilities:
Serve as the lead point of contact for all clients while building and nurturing trusted, long-lasting relationships.Collaborate with our sales, advertising, and product development teams to ensure the client is served appropriately.Develop strategies to grow existing accounts and ensure quality and cost-effective services.Gain a deep understanding of the client’s needs and what they expect from our company.Develop tactics that will deliver the most appropriate products or services.Use your outstanding communication skills to present to and influence key stakeholders in our company and with clients.Develop your team of Account Managers and oversee key accounts.Drive revenue higher for site monetization. Simple as that, use the data to follow the $ and grow it.Manage the day-to-day requirements related to Ad Operations.Helping manage relationships with revenue partners and implementing direct campaigns while addressing day to day needs of our audience targeting operation.Assist in optimizing and increasing programmatic opportunities and improve revenue performance.Identifying and evaluating the right partners to help activate data assets in the display, video and mobile exchanges via a deep understanding of our data.Analyzing valuable opportunities with DSPs, agency trading desks, etc.Maximizing onsite yield management through various monetization opportunities.Manage channel conflict and optimize performance for best risk/reward scenarios.On-going analysis of new digital advertising technologies and evolution of the programmatic platform, making recommendations for improvements as appropriate.Requirements:
4+ years of Account Direction experience, including team management experience. Experience hiring and freelancer management. Proven success in motivating and supervising staff and managing internal partners.Prior experience working within a Media Sales team, working with key accounts.Excellent written/verbal communications skills, ability to work well independently and within a team, strong follow through, takes the initiative and is proactive to understand all aspects of projects, strong sense of urgency and completing tasks in a timely manner, able to set and achieve internal deadlines, multitasker exuding mature attitude in fast paced environment.Should have a demonstrable list of contacts within the industry.Have a track record of delivering results and KPIs, driving growth among key accounts and retaining business.Experience working directly with clients to receive RFPs and deliver on projects, working with a team of Senior Account Managers and Account Manager as well as our Sales, Creatives and Production teams.Understand the intricacies of team resources and how we can consistently maintain an efficient and profitable department, reporting results to direct supervisor as well as other business stakeholders.You will be responsible for liaising between clients, key stakeholders (external and internal) and cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions, as well as managing the overall efficiencies of the account.If you think you’ve got what it takes, please provide your cover letter, CV and expected salary.
