Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation and amplification of existing accounts, in order to achieve individual as well as business objectives.
  • Defining and developing new business opportunities with advertisers and agencies.
  • Understand client’s requirements, brief the creative teams and pitch creative marketing strategies to clients.
  • Selling online & traditional advertising spaces across all of Hypebeast’s media properties.
  • Managing advertising campaigns, building proposals and customizing ideas for clients.
  • Working closely with the creative, and editorial team to successfully manage and execute advertising campaigns from beginning to end.
  • Proactively research and update yourself on new online marketing (sales) trends and ideas.
  • Analyzing campaigns and communicating with Sales and Marketing counterparts on delivering client objectives.
  • Scheduling campaigns into internal systems, resolving conflicts and meeting production deadlines.
  • Prepare and keep sales support files up to date – sales pipeline, brand partnership proposals
  • Effective communication with the Partnerships team on new business and opportunities and actively participating at the weekly meetings.
  • Achieve individual sales and business targets.
  • Requirements:

  • 4+ years of  experience in advertising, account servicing, and relevant work experience, highly preferred in creative agency & media.
  • Fluent in English and Korean (spoken and written).
  • Individuals who possess an active clientele in the fashion & retail industry are an advantage.
  • A good presenter to introduce complex web advertising ideas to clients.
  • Strong negotiation & PR skills.
  • Experience of successful project management and relationships made with high-level clients.
  • A strong team player with a positive attitude and mindset.
  • Strong communication, analytical, time management and organizational skills.
  • Internet savvy must.
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
