Responsibilities:
Manage the respective portfolio, inclusive of ready-to-wear, footwear and accessories, to achieve targeted sales projections and sell-through targets.Monitor seasonal performance and inventory levels, and execute in-season and off-season action plans to improve revenue and profitability.Work closely with the planning team on the seasonal OTB to meet corporate objectives.Develop strong relationships with vendors to secure exclusive projects and trading terms.Maintain strong understanding of latest fashion trends, based on market research and social trends.Establish pricing strategies based on performance analytics, competitor landscape and margins.Act as a key stakeholder between operations, marketing and retail teams to align strategic vision and business focuses.Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion, Business, or related disciplines is preferred.4+ years of experience in fashion buying – experience in a multi-brand retailer and in womenswear is a plus.Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem solving skillsCreative mindset to think outside the box.Strong fashion sense and personal style.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to travel overseas for business needs.Excellent command of written and spoken English is a must.If you think you’ve got what it takes, please provide your cover letter, CV and expected salary.
