The Role

iDeals has a strong focus on building efficient processes and implementing cutting-edge technologies and automation, which into various cross-functional business transformation projects. To support them we are extending our Operations team and are looking for a Business Process Manager/Analyst who will ensure business clients’ processes and digital transformation needs are designed and delivered in the most effective and streamlined way. You will cooperate closely with Finance, Operations, People departments, and other stakeholders across the company.

What You Will Do

  • Analyze complex process-related problems for the business and make recommendations for improvements and optimization
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify pain points, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct process discovery, business research, and re-engineering efforts to maximize efficiency.
  • Analyse and decompose  requirements for systems in the IT environment to ensure maximum usability
  • Partner with other stakeholder teams across business units to develop necessary analysis and documentation collaboration
  • Gather and prioritize business requirements from stakeholders, manage the project documentation
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently with business units, development, and executive teams
  • Write and provide detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify a solution
  • Translate complex processes about how the business works for technical staff
  • Facilitate design sessions with the implementation team to define the solution
  • Plan and monitor projects with regular checks on requirements
  • Report and monitor project performance
  • Design User Acceptance Testing and User training
  • Independently verify created technical solutions for the business

  • What We Look For

  • Proven experience in a related field or business process analysis and management.
  • Experience with processes and systems in the Finance area. HR-related projects would be a plus.
  • B2+ level of written and conversational English, including the ability to run discovery sessions, provide data-driven guidance, and present end-to-end solutions in English
  • Strong skills in cultivating relationships with internal clients
  • Knowledge of process design and process improvement frameworks (Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, Design Thinking)
  • Experience with workflow automation software(Make, Zapier, Blue Prism, Microsoft Power Automate)
  • Experience with ERP systems (preferable - NetSuite), but ready to work also with other systems
  • Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) knowledge
  • Experience in gathering and describing requirements: UserStory, UseCase
  • Business process modelling BPMN, UML, IDEF0
  • Basic level of REST API, Postman, SQL 
  • Atlassian products knowledge: Jira, Confluence
