The Role

We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist to help us implement, manage, and optimize our paid acquisition efforts. This role will be based remotely in Spain or Ukraine. As the first specialist to sit in this role, you will have the influence to help grow and shape our paid media strategy in partnership with the Director, Digital. Your impact on optimizing our paid acquisition efforts will be instrumental in growing our presence globally. This role will collaborate closely with iDealers across digital, creative, and other marketing teams, reporting directly to the Director, Digital.

Tech stack: ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, TikTok Ads, etc) and data analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Tableau, Google Studio/Looker, Google Ads Editor)

What You Will Do

  • Develop, manage, and optimize multiple campaigns across paid channels (i.e. paid social, paid search, pay-per-click/PPC, SEO, SEM)
  • Analyze the performance of media campaigns to inform budget decisions and maximize cost efficiencies on a campaign level
  • Design and implement AB Tests to analyze results to inform strategy and optimize performance for paid search and paid socials
  • Partner with design and creative to manage projects, create a pipeline for creatives, and build targeting strategies
  • Review and understand historical targeting and create an optimization roadmap for the target audience pool(s)
  • Interpret and blend data sets to derive actionable insights to optimize ad performance
  • Manage large-scale and high-budget complex/multi-region campaigns effectively
  • What We Look For

  • 4+ years of experience working in paid media
  • Demonstrated track record working in paid marketing for a B2B company 
  • Experience managing and optimizing ads for both paid search and social which includes SEO, SEM and pay-per-click (PPC)
  • Ability to design and conduct AB Tests 
  • Experience working with LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Microsoft (Bing) Ads
  • Strong marketing analytics skills
  • Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets
  • Advanced English (C1), both oral and written
  • Nice To Have

  • Experience working with Quora Ads, TikTok Ads and X Ads
  • Experience working with Automation Tools (i.e. Zapier or Make.com)
  • Experience working with advanced analytics tools (i.e. Tableau) 
  • Google Analytics Certification or Google Ads Certification 
  • Relevant industry and/or SaaS experience

    •  Screening call with the Talent Acquisition Specialist (~40 mins)
    •  Test Test (1-3 hours)
    •  Hiring Manager Interview (45 mins)
    •  Test Task (2-3 hours) & Presentation Interview with Hiring Manager (45 mins)
    •  Competency-based interview with the Talent Acquisition Specialist (90 mins)
