The Role

At Ideals, we’ve experienced rapid growth and expanded our team 2 times over the past 4 years across 30+ locations. As we aim to double in size again in the next 2-3 years and inspire a high-performance culture, we are advancing our performance management practices.

As our Performance Management Specialist working remotely from India, you will partner closely with business leaders worldwide to ensure the smooth execution and ongoing improvement of our performance management practices. 

Collaborating with Idealers across EMEA, APAC, LATAM and USA, you will report to the Head of Talent Development. Your expertise in working with KPIs and a passion for challenging the status quo will shape how we measure and elevate performance during this critical growth stage, ensuring its lasting business impact.  

What You Will Do

  • Continuously monitor, evaluate and improve the performance management system and KPIs to drive clarity on expectations, improve business impact measurement and inspire high performance
  • Train and coach managers to drive high performance
  • Manage and administer tools used for performance and OKR management
  • What We Look For

  • Deep expertise in performance management (3+ years), including all components of the annual performance management cycle and performance measurement (KPIs)
  • Demonstrated thought leadership, staying abreast of performance management trends to advise business leaders strategically
  • Exceptional communication skills to partner with global business leaders
  • Proficiency in English (C1)
  • Proficiency in Google Suite/MS Office
  • Attention to detail for accuracy in data, reporting, and stakeholder communications
  • Nice To Have

  • Previous experience working with the OKR framework
  • Previous experience at a high-growth SaaS company
  • Our Interview Process

    We believe in competency-based interviews combined with work samples and we share clear expectations for each element. Our interview assignments simulate what it’s like to work at Ideals and the type of tasks you’ll tackle. Here are the stages of the interview process for this role:

    • Screening call with the Talent Acquisition Specialist (45 mins)
    • Test task (3 hours)
    • Role play (45 mins)
    • Hiring Manager interview (60 mins)
