The Role

We’re looking for an SEO Content Lead who can oversee our wonderful team of in-house writers and ensure we consistently hit our targets for content production. Our three internal SEO writers create large volumes of high-quality content, and we need someone with strong SEO knowledge and excellent project management skills to manage and motivate them.

In this role, you will work closely with our SEO Managers to deliver SEO content that attracts and converts visitors to Ideals websites. Your efforts will help improve awareness and consideration for Ideals and increase lead generation efforts as we scale into new markets globally.

The position reports to the Content Director and is ideal for an individual with strong project management abilities who thrive in a dynamic, growing environment. 

We are looking specifically for someone based in Ukraine or Poland.

What You Will Do

  • Formulate a cross-platform content strategy in collaboration with the SEO Managers
  • Ensure consistent publication of high-quality SEO content aligned with quarterly targets
  • Project manage content production for SEO content and wider content team
  • Hire, manage and evaluate remote copywriters, editors, proofreaders, and translators
  • Contribute to content creation through copywriting, editing, and proofreading
  • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop new content ideas
  • Provide editorial, creative and technical support to team members
  • Leverage AI tools to create and optimize SEO content
  • What We Look For

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in content creation in B2B SaaS marketing
  • 3+ years of experience leading content teams, demonstrated project and team management skills
  • Strong expertise and skill in copywriting and proofreading
  • Excellence in SEO theory
  • Proficiency with popular Web Analytics tools and platforms (Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush), with AI tools (SurferSEO)
  • Fluency in English with exceptional written skills (C1 or higher)
