Are you ready to join the programmatic evolution?

Index Exchange is looking for an international content marketing manager to plan and execute an international strategy that will make an impact on our rapidly growing regional business. The role will have a primary focus on content and programmes that will drive brand recognition, positive brand perception, and local customer acquisition and retention.

This position reports directly to the Head of International Marketing, based in London (UK), but will work across EMEA and APAC markets with members of the sales, services, and wider marketing organisation to ensure the main outcomes for the business are achieved.

What We’re Looking For:  

  • Exceptional story telling: Ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives
  • Excellent communication: Be responsible for upholding the highest standards of written and verbal communication across a range of formats
  • Organised: Plan and maintain international content programmes
  • Agile programme activation: Take ownership for the ideation and execution of multiple content programmes concurrently
  • Cross-regional collaboration: Be a connecting force between teams, working across central and product marketing, with field marketing managers both globally and at a regional level
  • Knowledgeable: Act as a subject matter expert on key Index and industry themes, providing business and marketing regional leads with insights, messaging, and narratives applicable for their markets
  • Attention to detail: Maintain high standards across internal and external content
  • Industry knowledge: Proactively stay abreast of industry trends and recommend ways the business can capitalize on these changes
  • Results driven: Capture and analyze reporting metrics to ensure content performs consistently at a high level

Here’s What You’ll be Doing:

  • Leverage strong understanding of ad tech industry and obsession for clear communication to creatively tell the Index Exchange story in the form of long-form content, video, email, newsletters, case studies, digital assets, research, and data insights across EMEA and APAC markets.
  • Act as resident ad tech expert voice, finding ways to create original Index Exchange content that capitalises on real-time conversation and industry trends
  • Collaborate with other pillars of the MarComm team to develop and enhance content marketing campaigns across all Index Exchange regions
  • Create original B2B content (blog posts, infographics, webinars, etc.) that can be utilised across various channels
  • Scale content programmes in collaboration with regional business and marketing leaders
  • Create and localise a suite of sales enablement assets for commercial teams to deploy at a local level, in partnership with regional marketing leads
  • Track campaign effectiveness and regularly report back to team leads and key stakeholders
  • Support video (brand and education) content production for international markets - including theme planning, reviewing, and distribution
  • Be the gatekeeper of quality and consistency across all international content 

Here's What You Need:

  • 4-6 years of prior experience in a content marketing role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • A proven record creating content programmes across multiple markets
  • The right personality to brainstorm with functions across the business primarily marketing, business leads and product developers
  • Ad tech, media, or TV experience is desired but not a requirement
  • Additional languages are preferred
