As a Management Trainee in People & Culture team, you will

  • learn a lot by working closely with all People & Culture functions across recruitment, internal communication, employer branding, people analytics, learning and development, etc.,
  • work directly with our Head of People & Culture and Chief People & Culture Officer,
  • assist in organizing and managing internal and external People & Culture related events,
  • demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing task priorities,
  • work cross-functionally and communicate with other departments including C-levels
  • take part in creating People & Culture strategies to support Insider's growth and see the whole process end-to-end
  • find the related topics & create internal training for People & Culture.
  • What you need

  • a bachelor's degree in related fields,
  • assertiveness, proactive approach and the ability to think ahead,
  • ability to thrive in a multi-tasked, fast-paced environment,
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment,
  • strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks,
  • excellent command of both written and spoken English,
  • passion for discovering and working for various People & Culture functions including recruitment and learning & development
