We’re expanding our Global Marketing Team and looking for a Marketing Manager, Korea! Objectives of this Role

  • Develops and owns the marketing strategy and execution for Korea, collaborating closely with the global marketing team, local marketing specialists, and the sales team to increase awareness, drive engagement, generate leads, and support conversion.
  • Leads all local marketing activities, including demand generation, ABM, events, customer marketing, web, content, and PR.
  • Manages event marketing programs, organizing both Insider-hosted and industry events, overseeing everything from speaker recruitment to logistics.
  • Creates locally relevant assets to support sales and campaigns, such as case studies, whitepapers, and guides.
  • Works closely with sales to measure program performance and lead quality.
  • What we expect from you

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within a SaaS business.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in building and managing teams.
  • Deep understanding of the digital landscape.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, Salesforce).
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to craft and pitch compelling marketing materials.
  • Creative problem-solving mindset with a sharp attention to detail.
  • Proven expertise in event planning and execution.
  • A positive, can-do attitude.
  • Fluent in Korean
