Insider is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Analyst to join our team. This hybrid role is crucial for ensuring the seamless execution of our marketing strategies through efficient management of our tech stack and providing insightful analytics to guide our decisions.


Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in the next stage of Insider’s growth.  If you have a passion for marketing technology and data analysis, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing & Revenue Operations

  • Take ownership of our marketing operations and automation processes including lead uploads, building workflows, lead scoring, marketing processes & workflows.
  • Manage and optimize our marketing tech stack, including HubSpot, Salesforce, and other essential tools. 
  • Ensure that marketing automation processes are optimized and used appropriately by the global marketing team
  • Support campaign creation and execution by managing email, landing page, form, and digital ad templates to equip the team with efficient tools 
  • Create training and tutorials for the global marketing team to create operational excellence across all territories
  • Work closely with Revenue Operations teams to deploy lead flow management processes and optimize our conversion rates.
  • Maintain data integrity and troubleshoot any issues related to marketing systems.

  • Business Analysis

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key marketing metrics and campaign performance.
  • Analyze data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving marketing strategies.
  • Monitor marketing KPIs to ensure we are on top of our results and performance.
  • Support the marketing team with decision-making and support the execution of marketing campaigns by providing data-driven insights and recommendations
  • Stay updated on industry trends, benchmarks, and best practices in marketing operations and technology.

  • Requirements and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing analytics, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in building and interpreting marketing reports and dashboards.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong desire to learn about CRM and marketing automation systems
  • Self-motivated and extremely resourceful in driving projects forward
  • The ability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced startup environment, managing requests requiring a quick turnaround
  • Super energetic positive attitude, a strong sense of humor, and a hearty appetite for growth
  • Genuine curiosity around emerging technologies and marketing trends
