As a Recruitment Intern in Insider day in and day out you;

  • will be cooperating with the management team in developing talent and implementing effective HR, which will be your greatest asset to learn; the more you learn, the more accurate your strikes will be,
  • will be expanding pipelines for all positions in 25 different countries across the whole world while acting no different than an ambassador for Insider,
  • will be identifying qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search), and you will see that the rush is no different than digging for diamonds,
  • will have the chance to be part of different projects related to different HR functions, if you are interested there is no holding back,
  • will be posting job ads to job boards and social media platforms, we are everywhere!
  • We want you to join us while we are taking a step into the future if you:

  • are a 4th-year university student in a related field,
  • are able to work a minimum of 3 days/week,
  • have a strong recruitment passion & wish to pursue a career in this area,
  • have an excellent command of written and spoken English; we communicate with the whole world, 5 continents & 25+ regions,
  • are result-oriented and have strong planning and organization skills
