Seeking a Stellar People Experience Specialist at Insider!

  • At Insider, we’re not just building teams but crafting the future of workplace culture. And we’re looking for an engaged, organized, and vibrant all-star People Experience Specialist to lead the charge!
  • Our next People Experience Specialist will get involved in a wide range of projects and work with a mix of diverse stakeholders, all with one goal: to make Insider a great place to work.
  • As a People Experience Specialist in Insider, day in and day out, you:

  • will be creating and organizing engagement activities, such as team-building events, workshops, and recognition and well-being programs.
  • will be developing and managing budgets for People Experience initiatives.
  • will measure and prepare reports to improve team member satisfaction and engagement levels.
  • will be implementing strategies to create a fluent work environment.
  • will contribute to developing and promoting the company's employer brand internally and externally.
  • will be assisting in creating and maintaining HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
  • will be open to going beyond assigned responsibilities and eager to participate in new and out-of-field tasks.

  • have a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • have 2+ experience in internal branding and engagement activities or event organization agency background.
  • are passionate about HR and engaging deeply with people on a level that people are the core of your motivation.
  • have an excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • are result-oriented people with strong planning and organization skills.
  • have proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • are comfortable with ambiguity, we love people who are resourceful enough to find solutions on their own & flourish.
