The Site Lead will lead a team of technicians to achieve departmental and organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of success in a similar role. The role will work closely with the rest of the hardware, manufacturing, and operations organizations to facilitate new platform development and continuous improvement of our fleet.

In this role, you will:

Develop a high level of product and technical knowledge through training, and hands-on experience

Help schedule and assign work to employees according to their skills and knowledge to eliminate time lost between jobs

Ensure safe and efficient operation of all work occurring at the facility

Ensure that buildings, grounds, and work areas are kept clean and neatly arranged

See that all company tools and equipment are properly maintained

Provide technical and administrative assistance for technicians, assist in reviewing diagnostic results and documenting repairs.

What you'll bring:

Hands on.

A team leader.

Great communicator. You have experience writing clear, concise, and detailed documentation. You are skilled in leading and participating in cross-functional design reviews.

Proven ability to build and iterate quickly. You have experienced product development in all of its stages and are comfortable in the earlier stages – moving from zero to one.
