In our efforts to solidify our market presence, we are currently building a strong sales team, which will cater to our partner drivers who are motivated to earn more. We are particularly looking for highly motivated and self-driven individuals to join our sales team and make a difference, have fun and earn.
What you'll do:
Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.Monitor day-to-day operational activities, ensuring smooth coordination between departments.Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for sales and operations teams.Take overall leadership responsibility for the performance and development of the sales, marketing, and operations teams.What you'll need:
Proven leadership experience, with the ability to motivate, mentor, and guide cross-functional teams toward achieving company goals.Deep understanding of sales, marketing, and operational processes in the automotive sector.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with CRM, ERP, or other relevant software.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic decisions.What we seek:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).Minimum of 3–5 years in operations, sales, or marketing leadership roles, preferably within the automotive industry.Strong problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Willi ng to work onsite in 4F, Tower 2 Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX) 1 Kennedy Road, Brgy.
