We are seeking a dedicated Associate for our Onboarding subdivision of Driver Operations department to drive business growth by building and maintaining a qualified driver pool. In this role, you will ensure a seamless onboarding experience by verifying driver credentials, guiding them through the registration process, and addressing their concerns with tailored communication. Your efforts will play a key role in enhancing our driver network, achieving onboarding targets, and contributing to the overall success of our operations.

What You'll Do:

  • Build and maintain a qualified driver pool by thoroughly verifying driver credentials and suitability for operations.
  • Facilitate seamless driver onboarding by guiding them through the registration process and addressing any queries.
  • Stay up-to-date with all communication channels [e.g., WhatsApp, Telegram, IMO] & the procedures of operating in those channels to ensure 100% efficiency & effectiveness while delivering driver related communications.
  • Ensure effective, personalized communication with drivers, addressing their concerns and providing tailored solutions.
  • Consistently achieve daily targets for calls, verifications, and driver onboarding to meet business goals.
  • Collaborate with other subdivisions & departments to ensure qualified drivers are getting proper benefits as well as updated communication to further increase conversion rate.

  • Exceptional selling skills with the ability to understand the pulse of driver partners and the USP(s) of Lalamove
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to communicate accurately to potential users 
  • Charming personality to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Strong sales skills to get our potential client to use our service. Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
  • Can-do attitude and grit to make things happen, to identify and leverage new opportunities
  • What You’ll Need:

  • A university degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in call center, tele-sales, or customer support roles is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with the Driver Partner Community in both English and Bangla.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, CRM platforms, and data management tools.
  • Content creation skills will be considered a plus.
  • A collaborative team player with the ability to work efficiently across departments and with various stakeholders.
