We are seeking a passionate and motivated Associate, Sustainability to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Sustainability, you will support and drive Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) initiatives within the company. 

What you'll do:

  • Conduct research on sustainability trends, metrics, and best industry practices
  • Coordinate internal discussions and efforts along the corporate's ESG strategies 
  • Collect, track, and analyze data related to sustainability-related disclosures 
  • Support ESG reporting matters including preparing effective write-ups and reports in compliance with recognized sustainability standards
  • Assist in implementing sustainability related programmes and initiatives 
  • Support the preparation of presentations and materials for external events and stakeholder engagements related to sustainability
  • What you'll need:

  • A degree holder or above in Sustainability, Environment or related disciplines is preferred 
  • 1-2 years relevant experience in ESG, such as social and sustainability risk management, climate change, sustainable supply chain, and ESG reporting
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience in ESG, including applying recognized sustainability standards and frameworks (e.g. HKEx, GRI, TCFD, etc.) is preferred
  • Self-motivated with excellent planning, project management and interpersonal skills
  • Strong data analytical and interpretation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and Chinese
