What you’ll do
Operational management: Monitor daily operation process, ensure timely and accuracy of demand & supply fulfillment to achieve KPIs of managing delivery status, drivers or client’s expectations and increasing vehicle utilizationProject management: Take initiative on various projects (i.e. Delivery Projects handling, Same Day Delivery, etc), making them into actionable steps with timelines for completion and managing internal or external stakeholders’ expectationsProcess Improvement: Utilize data to understand operational levers and review the areas of improvement in SOPs and SLAs;Capacity Planning: Understand the dynamics between supply and demand, be able to create a plan to address imbalances through internal tools, processes and manpower planning.Team Collaboration: Work closely with diverse teams and foster collaborative culture as team leader to drive Corporate Operations team successData Management: Convert and present the operational reports to management review (i.e. P&L, projects and delivery cost), from data drawn from internal and external sourcesQuotation: Must be able to provide reasonable quotes tailored to various projects. What you'll need:
Higher Diploma / University graduate in business administration or logistics related fieldsMinimum 5 years work experience accumulated from operational background, stakeholder and team management;Proven experience in driving process improvement and project management to enhance operational efficiencyStrong problem solving skills and excellent excel skills.Self-motivated, passionate, a good team player with positive and can-do spiritStrong communication skills with proficiency in written and spoken English and ChineseTeam player, ability to work across multiple teams and functions in a matrix environment
