We are seeking a talented Creative Associate to join our Marketing team in Dhaka. In this role, you will collaborate to conceptualize, create, and deliver impactful video and static content that educates our users, enhances brand storytelling, and drives key marketing objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to produce engaging visuals across multiple platforms, playing a pivotal role in achieving our business and marketing goals in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create compelling video content tailored to performance marketing strategies, understand marketing funnels, ad platform requirements, user acquisition strategies, driving conversions and skill in creating engaging narratives that align with brand messaging and marketing goals.
  • Edit and produce videos for various performance marketing campaigns, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google UAC & other digital platforms and adhering to specifications like aspect ratios, lengths, file sizes and incorporate dynamic captions, graphics, and animations to enhance viewer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Supply team, Demand team and content copywriters to create videos that align with campaign objectives and ability to tailor content to specific demographics and user personas & target audiences.
  • Adapt existing content into shorter, optimised formats for paid ads, organic reach as well as for current trends in social media, video styles, and consumer behaviour.
  • Analyse video performance data (e.g., click-through rates, engagement rates) to refine editing strategies and stay up-to-date with trends in video editing, digital advertising and performance marketing concept of other markets where Lalamove operates.

  • What You'll Need:

  • Experience in creating engaging & rich video contents for mass communication 
  • Experience in shooting & editing customer stories, case studies, testimonials, social and YouTube videos.
  • Has knowledge of the video format requirements for in-app & social media. 
  • Proficiency in leveraging AI tools  [including but not limited to Runway ML, Descript, Pictory, Adobe Sensei, or Synthesia] and technologies to streamline video editing workflows, enhance content quality, and improve overall efficiency.
  • Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Art/Film/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent will get additional advantages.
  • Must possess knowledge and experience in using DSLRs, mobile camera, lighting and sound equipment as well as software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, Photoshop & Illustrator.
  • Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience working as a video creator/producer or/and video editor.
