What you'll do:
Identify short-term and long-term direction and resource needs to acquire both new users and driver leads for managing consistent business growth in both Paid and Organic perspectiveSupport the digital marketing team on product requests around new features and tracking enhancements
Supervise the team to support and oversee implementation of the digital marketing and acquisition team with below functions:
Full funnel media strategy and digital performance marketing scope to the assigned markets Lead the assigned markets to drive alignment with local marketing teams on new user and driver acquisition including online and offline media strategyPlan, monitor & improve all acquisition efforts being run on various channels including paid social (like Meta, Tiktok etc), search, digital channels (like UAC etc), programmatic, and offline media Lead and supervise the performance media operation, to achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly target for user and driver acquisition Support local city marketing teams in different markets, to improve their digital marketing operation proficiency, and enhance campaign performanceBuild an efficient conversion of driver & user marketing funnel and deploy cross-channel campaigns.Explore, evaluate, experiment and nurture new channels and technologies to improve the acquisition performance
Tech, product and data:
Collaborate with and influence product and tech teams, to launch new product requests to enhance user onboarding experiments, or improve tracking and optimization Troubleshoot data and tracking-related issues to ensure robust and accurate end-to-end tracking
What you'll need:
8+ years of experience in marketing with strong experience in performance marketing and managing large scale, outcome-based digital campaigns, in regional or global marketsStrong understanding of digital marketing technologies, digital advertising technology, and channel ecosystemsStrong knowledge in AdTech and measurement: Adwords, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Tableau, SupermetricsPrevious experience in working in a Tech Startup or On-Demand delivery company would be a plusTo all candidates- Lalamove respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data.
