The Opportunity:

  • Develop and implement digital media plans across various channels (e.g., Search Platforms, Social Media, Programmatics), aligning with overall marketing and individual campaign strategies.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns focused on attracting driver partners and new users to join our platform, while keeping in mind the typical marketing funnel from awareness to conversion
  • Assist in managing digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources while maximizing ROI.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across digital platforms.
  • Create digital content optimized for different channels and target audiences according to your crafted strategy. 
  • Plan, communicate, and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) for all digital marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., regional office, sales, operations) to achieve business objectives.
  • Coach other members of the marketing team, fostering their understanding of the digital landscape.
  • What We Seek:

  • Lead local digital marketing efforts, driving performance across the entire digital marketing funnel.
  • Acquisition: Develop and execute digital campaigns to acquire new users and drivers cost-effectively across various channels.
  • Performance Marketing: Manage and optimize paid digital campaigns (e.g., SEM, Paid Social) to maximize ROI and achieve performance targets.
  • Content Marketing: Develop and implement a content marketing strategy to attract, engage, and retain target audiences.
  • Social Media Marketing: Manage social media presence and engagement across relevant platforms.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze digital campaign data, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize performance.
  • Website Management: Manage website content updates and ensure optimal user experience.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other functions to ensure alignment and achieve business goals.
  • What You'll Need:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing, content marketing, and social media
  • Experience working in a data-driven, results-oriented environment, with a proven track record of using data and analytics to inform digital marketing strategies and drive impactful results.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media analytics platforms, social listening platforms).
  • Ability to plan, organize, execute, and manage multiple digital marketing projects simultaneously.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, trends, and best practices.
  • Ability to develop and execute digital marketing strategies based on market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with content creation, social media management, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising campaigns.
