We are seeking a Public Affairs Manager who will not back down in the face of challenge, who is ready to try new things and is ready to make history together with the rest of the team at Lalamove. Life at Lalamove is fast-paced and thrilling, and we are constantly doing things no one has ever done before. This person will manage and engage different stakeholders such as government authorities, non-governmental organizations, and business chambers strategies to amplify validated learnings across Thailand markets.

What you will do

  • Operations Associate responsibilities include completing various administrative tasks, enforcing the organization’s policies and standards, and assisting with recruitment activities.
  • Ultimately, you will work with various departments across the organization to ensure all administrative and operational tasks are completed as needed.
  • Be able to read through the dashboard and be able to do basic mathematics.
  • Analyzing the basic data and come up with the initial project or idea.
  • Be able to understand the flow of lalamove's drivers registration and convert register driver to be lalamove active driver.
  • Be the call out agent, and document verification agent for the new Ride Hailing.
  • Setup document verification agent SOP and in charge of document verification agent quality.
  • Be a trainer to guide the team with the new guideline.
  • Going on-site for driver recruitment, come up with the initial advertisement for driver recruitment.
  • Achieve total alignment with local teams when executing new initiatives.
  • Exceed individual and team targets & KPI'sRequirements.

    • What you will need

  • Excellent communication and listening skills both Thai and English
  • Experience and familiarity with Spreadsheet, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Good team player and responsible
  • A start-up mindset, willing to work hard, and do whatever it takes to get things done sometimes under pressure, but usually in a dynamic environment!
  • Willing to learn about new concepts and methodologies.
