The Role: As the Driver Operations Manager, you will be responsible for growing and retaining our supply for our Bangladesh operations. Quick wits, problem-solving, and a team-first mentality will be critical to your success. What You'll Do:
Driver Acquisition: Develop and execute a strategic plan with the team to recruit independent drivers (who own a truck and have a smartphone) through both offline and online channels.Driver Onboarding Efficiency: Optimize best practices for the driver registration journey—from initial registration to deposit payment—in a scalable and efficient manner.Driver Quality: Enhance the Driver Academy to deliver high-quality training through engaging, easy-to-understand materials (both online and printed), including static content and videos.Driver Productivity: Ensure that a large number of drivers achieve their daily, weekly, and monthly income targets by conducting supply positioning analysis to align with demand growth across different time intervals and districts.Offline Presence & Brand Awareness (Lalamove Stickers): Encourage Lalamove drivers to apply Lalamove stickers and implement strategic initiatives to maintain a sticker retention rate consistently above 95%.Driver Perk Partnerships & Driver Content Marketing: Secure more driver perk partnerships to enhance driver welfare (non-monetary benefits) and increase engagement through relevant driver-focused content marketing.What We Seek:

Get things done attitude and result-oriented with strong business acumenKnowledge and understanding of transportation, logistics, and the tech industry landscape.
