What you’ll do

  • Operations Associate responsibilities include completing various administrative tasks, enforcing the organization’s policies and standards, and assisting with recruitment activities.
  • Responsible for defining the performance standards and indicators that will be used to measure and evaluate the performance of a driver. These standards should be SMART: specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and time-bound
  • Ultimately, you will work with various departments across the organization to ensure all administrative and operational tasks are completed as needed.
  • Be able to read through the dashboard and be able to do basic mathematics.
  • Providing insights and recommendations to business stakeholders along with an action plan to drive business value
  • Design and implement performance management programs that align with the company's strategic goals.
  • Identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate training programs to both drivers and own staffs
  • Conduct drivers performance evaluations and provide actionable feedback.
  • Setup call agent SOP and in charge of call agent quality.
  • Achieve total alignment with local teams when executing new initiatives.
  • Implement tools (e.g., Power BI or web-analysis dashboards) that  help data consumers to extract, analyze, and visualize data faster and better through data pipelines
  • Exceed individual and team targets & KPI'sRequirements.
  • What you’ll need

  • At least 3 years experience in Supply Chain or Fleet management service or any related field.
  • Good command in English (Reading,Speaking, Writing & Listening)
  • Experience and familiarity with Spreadsheet, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Good team player and responsible
  • A start-up mindset, willing to work hard, and do whatever it takes to get things done sometimes under pressure, but usually in a dynamic environment!.
  • Willing to learn about new concepts and methodologies.
