Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day financial operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Perform bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Support the weekly payment cycle, including staff claims, driver payouts, and invoice settlements.
  • Ensure strict compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Perform month end closing, maintain a comprehensive set of accounting records and liaise with HQ on financial queries.
  • Prepare and ensure timely submission of daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports to management and HQ.
  • Assist with Goods and Services Tax (GST) filing and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  • Support statutory audits by preparing necessary schedules and responding to audit queries.
  • Performs checking and reconciliations for delivery projects.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned by management.
  • Key Requisites

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience and possession of relevant accountancy qualifications or certifications, such as ACCA, Diploma in Accountancy, or LCCI.
  • Experience in managing a full set of accounts is highly advantageous.
  • Understanding of Singapore tax regulations and accounting standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software, preferably Oracle.
  • Previous experience in startups or e-commerce platforms is an added advantage.
