Currently, we are looking for a high-caliber individual to join our Finance team as a Junior Accountant based in Hong Kong.
What you'll do:
Accurately perform daily reconciliations of cash, cheque and credit card transactionsUpdate financial records via accounting software Perform month-end close activitiesAssist in preparing monthly financial reports and schedules for management reviewVerify petty cash and expense claims Assist in statutory audit and tax reportingMaintain account receivables, assist in invoice issuance, prepare aging report and follow up on debt collection with relevant departmentsMaintaining account payables, ensure timely payment of invoicesIdentify and report any financial discrepancies or irregularitiesCommunicating with internal stakeholders regarding financial mattersOther ad-hoc tasksWhat you'll need:
Open to Fresh Graduates with relevant majors in Finance/AccountingStrong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft application skillsMust be proactive and passionate with high attention to detailWillingness to learn and adapt to the dynamic nature of accounting and financeStrong communication and writing skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
