In our efforts to solidify our market presence, we are currently building a strong sales team, which will cater to our partner drivers who are motivated to earn more. We are particularly looking for highly motivated and self-driven individuals to join our sales team and make a difference, have fun and earn.
What you'll do:
Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and objectives.Support the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives designed to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.Monitor day-to-day operational activities, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between departments.Take overall leadership responsibility for key operational processes, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and a high level of service.Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and procedures.Provide guidance, support, and leadership to team members to achieve departmental and company goals.Ensure all operational tasks are executed on time and to the highest standard.What we seek:
Leadership and Team Management: Ability to lead and motivate teams, provide clear direction, and ensure high levels of performance and productivity across departments.Operational Efficiency: Strong understanding of operational processes and ability to streamline workflows for greater efficiency and effectiveness.Sales Strategy Development: Experience in supporting or developing sales strategies aligned with company goals to drive revenue and market share.Marketing Execution: Knowledge of marketing principles and the ability to assist in the execution of campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness and customer engagement.What you'll need:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).Experience: Minimum of 5 years in operations, sales, or marketing leadership roles, preferably within the automotive industry.Proactive, results-driven, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of automotive industry trends and best practices is a plus.Location: Willing to work onsite in 4F, Tower 2 Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX) 1 Kennedy Road, Brgy.
