Lalamove is growing rapidly and we are looking for a Marketing Associate who has the tenacity to contribute and be a part of this growth. In this role, you will be assisting the Marketing Manager to execute marketing campaigns across all channels. You will be working together with the Marketing Manager to develop marketing campaigns, seek potential new opportunities to amplify Lalamove branding & positioning in the market and manage campaign deliverables. We are looking for a strong candidate who is ready to grow with us.

What you’ll do

  • Corporate Marketing: In charge of the development and enhancements of company awareness campaigns (both online and offline) and assist in marketing execution
  • Partnership management: Work with external suppliers on creative, content and campaign deliverable; plan briefing, review and finalisation of projects
  • Conduct market research (e.g. competitors pricing, promotion tracking, etc. ) and prepare marketing reports regularly
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, such as social media, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, tracking key metrics, and providing insights to optimise future initiatives.
  • Assist in the organisation and execution of events, trade shows, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
  • What we seek

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, allowing effective interaction with various stakeholders and the ability to create compelling marketing content.
  • Strong analytical skills, enabling the interpretation of data and identification of trends, customer behaviours, and market insights.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms, such as social media management systems, email marketing software, and analytics tools is essential for success in modern marketing roles. 
  • Creativity and attention to detail, enabling the development and execution of unique and engaging marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management, allowing efficient coordination of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Knowledge and understanding of digital marketing strategies and best practices.
  • What you’ll need

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in public relations, brand management or agency field
  • Experience in APP-related industries is preferred
  • Able to work in a fast pace environment
  • Digital and social media savvy
  • Strong planning, organising, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Ability to read and write in Mandarin will be an added advantage
