The User Marketing Lead- Retention reports directly to the Sr. Marketing Manager and is responsible in managing the User Life Cycle by setting business growth opportunities, planning and implementing promos and analysis of cohort data
and movement.

What you'll do:

  • Strategic Planning: Knows how to have a business strategy or business unit hat and set directions for campaigns
  • Project Management: Plan, manage and execute promo campaigns to drive the right results for the right audience.
  • Data Driven: To analyze and utilize existing data from various tools and platforms on hand to make informed decisions and recommend campaigns based on data, research and analysis
  • Tech Capable: Have baseline tech comprehension to set up promos in the tool
  • What we seek:

  • Test & Learn Mentality: To be open enough to try new channels & formats and learn from them. A/B testing targeting, strategies and creatives.

  • User Empathy: To be able to think from a perspective of a user & build user journeys which are seamless.
  • High autonomy: Self-organized, passionate with a can-do attitude and own end-to-end projects.
  • What you'll need:

  • A relevant degree in Marketing, Advertising or Business Management
  • Minimum 5 years hands on experience in brand / product management handling campaigns involving promos, CRM comms such as email and app marketing (Client Relationship Management), Rewards Programs
  • Other related fields that can be helpful: CRM Roles, Email Marketing, Rewards Program Roles, Performance Marketing roles looking to switch to more generalist Marketing
  • Experience with data analysis especially post campaign reports and insights correlations
  • Clear understanding of role of Promos and Rewards in brand performance
  • Prior experience in working in a hyper growth startup environment or tech company advantageous
  • Willing to work on site in Tower 2 Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX) 1 Kennedy Road, Brgy. Tambo, Paranaque City
