What you'll do:

  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to driver behavior or service quality.
  • Collaborate with customer support teams to address and resolve issues promptly.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for drivers.
  • Identify training needs and recommend improvements to enhance overall driver quality.
  • What we seek:

  • Someone who can easily speak with our partner riders and be approachable when needed
  • What you'll need:

  • Customer Service Experience handling L2 concerns
  • Willingness to work onsite in the Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX)
