We are now seeking a People Business Partner, to join our team in the Functional Department based in Hong Kong to participate in scaling our operations globally.
What you'll do:
Talent AcquisitionManage end-to-end recruitment processes for roles based in Hong Kong and expansion markets, ensuring alignment with business needs.Collaborate with People team members and functional stakeholders to develop effective strategies for building a strong talent pipeline for critical positions. Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, create job descriptions, source candidates, conduct screenings, and participate in the selection process.Support market People teams in optimizing recruitment channels and improving candidate funnel efficiency. Facilitate onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the organization. Prepare and present regular recruitment reports to track progress and insights. Business PartneringServe as the primary People contact for assigned departments and regions, providing guidance and support on people-related matters.Contribute to people-related projects, including data analysis, policy development, and process improvement initiatives. Assist in the formation, implementation, and review of People policies, workflows, and practices across markets. Participate in audits and reviews of people practices to ensure compliance and effectiveness.Prepare and present regular people reports to track productivity, staff cost trends, compliance topics and insights. What you'll need:
Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplinesAt least 6 years of relevant working experienceStrong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and recruitment best practices.Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.Knowledge of HR policies, workflows, and compliance requirements. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
