This high-impact role requires a seasoned sales professional with a strong focus on customer acquisition, account management, and a proven ability to meet aggressive sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the on-demand delivery industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.

What you'll do:

  • Lead the entire Corporate Sales Team across the market.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve aggressive growth targets. 
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape for all areas of operations within the Philippines.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing acquisition and account management teams  capable of achieving sales targets. 
  • Foster a collaborative and motivating work environment that emphasizes department success and accountability
  • Collaborate with various internal and international stakeholders to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, cultivating relationships that enhance the company’s reputation and market presence.
  • What we seek:

  • A strategic sales professional who can get the team to work together in meeting aggressive sales targets.
  • Conflict Resolution - Manage and resolve disputes within the team constructively.
  • Delegation - Assign tasks effectively based on team members’ strengths and workload.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) - Proficiency in using CRM tools to manage leads and track progress.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making - Analyze sales data to make informed decisions and forecasts.
  • What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, or Communications.
  •  MBA or a specialized master’s degree in Sales or Marketing can be a significant advantage,
  • 5-8  years of leadership experience managing sales and account management teams locally or regionally. 
  • Must be willing to work in the Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX) on a daily basis  and travel for business when / where needed.
