The Platform Growth and Operations team is ultimately helping to drive more holistic solutions in order to maximize the efficiency and balance of the marketplace. We are looking for an Associate / Senior Associate, Platform Operations who will support our business by combining data insights and local market intelligence to grow the marketplace while ensuring good user experience through optimizing commercial settings and online platform tactics, while also contributing to the product development process and maintaining an on-going dialogue with our city operations teams. You will need to wear many hats, work smart and iterate quickly.
What you will do:
Optimize Supply-Demand Balance: Use driver incentives, user promotions, pricing strategies, and performance reviews to boost transactions, service quality, and user retention while addressing gaps.Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze large datasets to create actionable insights, refine performance frameworks, and design experiments (e.g., A/B tests) for market-specific campaigns.Develop Localized Strategies: Create and implement tailored strategies for driver and user activation/retention, ensuring cost-effective budget allocation for growth and profitability.Collaborate and Support Initiatives: Partner with cross-functional teams, provide market feedback for product enhancements and support regional/global projects like market expansions and peak season planning.What you will need:
Over 2 years experience in operations, analytics, or growth roles in a tech start-up/ platform company preferred. Fresh graduates with relevant internships/projects may apply. Proficiency in data analysis and translating insights into action. Project management expertise with ability to juggle stakeholders (market teams and different functional teams). Good understanding of marketplace dynamics (e.g., pricing elasticity, churn drivers).Entrepreneurial spirit with a bias for experimentation and rapid iteration. Strong communicator, fluent in English (written/spoken)
