What you will do:
Coordinate and investigate with Telecom Service Provider (ISP) to ensure Local/ Global Office Telco Circuits connection and availabilityDesign, Plan, Implement, Configure and Establish various large scale IP Network Solution/ Equipment for new Offices (Routers, Firewall, Core/ Access Network Switches, WiFi, Load Balancers, Bandwidth Controllers, QoS, SD-WAN, etc)Upgrading existing Office Network to enhance Office Network redundancy, performance, and efficiencyPerform Network maintenance, replacement and troubleshooting different Network related issuesMonitor and Analyze daily Office Network Data (availability, latency, utilization, throughput, etc)Secure Network Access Protocols and ensure Network SecurityConduct relevant User Training sessions and providing helpful referencesReporting and Documentation (Network Equipment/ Licenses Inventory, Network Topology, Network Data Report, etc)Liaise and communicate with different Network Solution Providers/ Vendors in GlobalHandle Office Relocation Project for Head Quarter and Oversea Offices.Performing network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations.What you will need :
Degree or certificate holder in Information Technology or related disciplinesProven solid network experience with a minimum 5 yearsQualification in CCNP is a mustCCDP, CITRIX, Wireshark, VCP-DCV, ITIL or relevant Certification holder will be advancedSolid Knowledge of various Network Equipment Branding and Models (Cisco, Cisco Meraki, FortiNet, Unifi, Huawei)Solid Knowledge of various ISP Service (Broadband, DIA, Metronet, MPLS)Solid Knowledge and experience on full agile Wireless Network Design and implementationSound Knowledge of networking protocols (e.g. IPSEC, VRRP, BGP, OSPF)Solid understanding of OSI or TCP/IP modelSolid experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics toolsGood command of written and spoken skills in Cantonese, English and MandarinIndependent, self-motivated, well organized and able to work under pressureFlexible to work in an environment with occasional shift or overtime To all candidates- Lalamove respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data.
