At Lalamove, you will work with talented Product Managers, product designers, local operation teams, and stakeholders in a fast-paced, rapidly growing, enthusiastic company.
The ideal candidate is someone who loves to investigating and understanding people, systems, operational flow, and has the technical skills to dig deep into motivations.
You will be responsible for defining the research approach and time frames, conducting different research methods, forming actionable insights, and translating them into appropriate deliverables, including, but not limited to, reports, journey maps, service and operational flows, and presentations. This position requires creativity, organization, strong communication skills, and attention to detail.
What You Will Do
Define, plan, and conduct qualitative and quantitative research, collecting and analyzing opinions and data to investigate problems and explore issues.Your will be working with internal teams in different cities to conduct research and understand their operational flows and pain points. You may also conduct customer/driver-facing research in some capacity.Provide actionable insights to help drive evidence-based product and design decisions.Liaise with other user researchers to co-develop and track user research needs and goals to ensure that user research consistently supports product initiatives.What We Seek
You have experience in user research or a related discipline such as service design, design strategy, market research.You are familiar with a variety of user research methodologies such as interviews and ethnographic-style fieldwork, survey design and data analysis, moderating group conversations, running live prototyping sessions (in English and/or via translator), conducting co-design workshops, and engaging users remotely.You have some experience with basic mixed methods research and can synthesize quantitative data with qualitative user research.You have high-quality planning and organizational capabilities.You have a strong understanding of UX and the latest technology trends.You can communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively. You are a good team player, self-motivated, have excellent attention to detail, have strong interpersonal skills.You are fluent in English.Nice to have
