We are looking for a skilled and driven Account Manager to grow annual recurring revenue (ARR) by expanding and enabling our Managed Service Provider (MSP) and Value-Added Reseller (VAR) partner base. As a key member of the MSP team, this role focuses on managing and growing an existing book of business, uncovering opportunities, and aligning partner needs with the value of LogicMonitor’s hybrid observability platform. The Account Manager leads partner engagements, supports technical evaluations alongside Sales Engineering, and ensures partners are empowered to scale LogicMonitor across their customer base.

This role plays a vital part in accelerating LogicMonitor’s growth, maximizing the performance of MSPs, and supporting VAR expansion across multiple verticals. Team members are encouraged to own their territory, build strategic plans with leadership, and consistently exceed revenue targets. Account Management & Customer Expansion

  • Manage and grow an existing book of MSP customers, serving as a trusted advisor to understand business pain points and evolving product needs.
  • Conduct scheduled account management calls, delivering strategic guidance and building long-term customer relationships.
  • Perform whitespace analysis to identify growth opportunities, effectively communicating LogicMonitor’s value through conversations, demos, and presentations.

Sales Execution & Methodology

  • Apply LogicMonitor’s sales methodology to guide prospects through the sales cycle
  • Drive deal progression by identifying key stakeholders, leveraging multi-threading strategies, and engaging cross-functional team members such as SEs, managers, and executives.
  • Tailor solutions to specific customer challenges, demonstrating how LogicMonitor addresses unique business needs

Customer Engagement & Optimization

  • Identify and act on opportunities to optimize customer use of LogicMonitor, including proactively creating dashboards, sample reports, and other value-add assets.
  • Strategically engage at appropriate levels within customer organizations to ensure alignment and foster continued growth.

What You'll Need:

  • 2+ years of experience as an Account Manager, preferably within the SaaS space.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of both internal teams and customers.
  • Avid learner—our product and the MSP industry are always evolving, and your knowledge must evolve with them.
  • Able to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users.
  • Skilled at establishing and maintaining strong relationships throughout the sales cycle.
  • Adheres to company best practices for sales forecasting and CRM usage.
  • Willing to prospect into targeted accounts to generate interest and build the sales pipeline.
  • Brings creativity and critical thinking to problem-solving, with a strong desire to be an impact player at a disruptive technology company.
  • Demonstrated high performance in previous academic or professional roles.
  • Committed to sales success and customer satisfaction, with a strong track record of results.

Compensation packages at LogicMonitor for eligible roles include base salary, a variable plan depending on role, along with comprehensive benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary target for new hires in the position, determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant education or training. LogicMonitor employees in eligible roles are also granted equity based compensation, subject to Board of Director approval. The Base Salary range for this role is:
