As a Sr. Director, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you are a critical partner to your global business leaders, acting as an advisor, strategic partner, offering full HR business support. With a strong background in Human Resources, you will partner closely with executives and division leaders on all things related to workforce planning, organizational design, performance management, career mobility, employee relations, and compliance. You are a strong people leader who will lead and develop the global team of business partners and work to ensure that LM sustains a diverse workforce in a discrimination/harassment-free environment by maintaining compliance with global employment laws and government regulations. With your strong influential abilities and passion to create positive change, you will strengthen the partnership with the HR function by offering expertise and adaptability to the business needs.

Here's a closer look at this key role:

  • Be the liaison between your business leaders and employees in the function to the global ES team
  • Act as the “go-to” for all levels of leadership and execute  strong and clear communications within the divisions you support
  • Lead, develop, and mentor a team of HR Business Partners, providing guidance, coaching, and career development
  • Partner with leaders to manage the talent lifecycle to strengthen leadership and employee development
  • Coach leaders on career conversations, internal mobility, career pathways
  • Be a partner for leaders on addressing employee relations - difficult conversations, performance issues, and team dynamic concerns
  • Lead HR employee investigations as needed
  • Partner with management to execute onboarding and terminations
  • Identify areas for organizational improvement and development based on needs of the business
  • Own and design workforce planning strategy
  • Using data and analytics, identify trends, flag risks, and recommend actions
  • Remain up to date on global employment laws and regulations - updating internal document and communication accordingly
What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 12+ years global HRBP experience 
  • 8+ years in a senior leadership role, including L&D experience (program design, career pathways, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Workday and Performance Management tools (Culture Amp a plus)
  • Comprehensive knowledge of global HR principles, and related laws and regulations
  • Strong business acumen, proactive strategic partnership, operational rigor, and speed of execution 
  • Demonstrated ability in dealing with sensitive personnel matters on a global scale
  • Operate as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, influencing business decisions and top priorities with relationship management and communication skills 
  • Strong facilitation skills - facilitate discussions across groups of various leadership levels, functions, and size
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Attention to detail and the ability to effectively handle multiple high impact priorities
  • Use data and analytics to guide strategy, measure effectiveness, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement
  • Ability to foster relationships and partnerships at all levels within the global organization

Compensation packages at LogicMonitor for eligible roles include base salary, a variable plan depending on role, along with comprehensive benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary target for new hires in the position, determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant education or training. LogicMonitor employees in eligible roles are also granted equity based compensation, subject to Board of Director approval. The Base Salary range for this role is:
$205,380$250,000 USD
