Lyft is looking for a Business Strategy Manager to accelerate the growth of Lyft Business in new and existing markets, and shape our role in partnering with enterprises to deliver tailored transportation solutions. This role is both analytical and strategic, requiring a forward-thinking mindset to tackle complex business problems. You will work collaboratively across the Lyft Business organization, as well as with cross-functional teams, making it crucial to build consensus and support to achieve segment-level goals.

An analytical mind and skill set are critical; the role requires understanding how to parse and frame data to guide our strategic direction. Responsibilities:
- Identify new use cases and market segments to define the next generation of B2B transportation solutions, positioning Lyft Business for long-term, durable growth
- Develop comprehensive business cases, including market sizing, competitive analysis, financial forecasting, and risk assessments
- Monitor key industry trends and competitive landscape to ensure Lyft Business remains at the forefront of the market
- Analyze key business metrics and performance indicators using both quantitative and qualitative data to guide strategic decision-making
- Establish regular operating cadences with internal stakeholders to track and communicate progress toward business goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Lead and organize highly visible strategic initiatives that involve cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and effective execution
- Support internal teams and cross-functional partners in driving alignment and decisions on the most critical strategic questions
- Create executive-level deliverables to inform leadership teams across Lyft Inc.
Experience:
- BS/BA in Business or relevant field; MBA a plus
- 5+ years of experience in business strategy, management consulting, or related fields, with a proven track record of delivering strategic business growth
- Proven experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for B2B products or services, ideally in the transportation or technology industries
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
- Excellent project management skills and strong attention to detail with the capability to work on multiple work streams/priorities simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven track record of working cross-functionally with a variety of business partners
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex insights to various audiences
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Familiarity with high growth or tech company operations a plus

This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule — Team Members will be expected to work in the office 3 days per week on Mondays, Thursdays and a team-specific third day. Additionally, hybrid roles have the flexibility to work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per year. #Hybrid
The expected base pay range for this position in the San Francisco area is $114,000 - $142,500. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
