As the Team Member Experience Program Lead, you will play a pivotal role in understanding the unique needs of our team members, with a special emphasis on underrepresented talent. These may include rotational programs, internal mobility policies and procedures, sponsorship or mentorship programs, peer learning, external speaker series, etc. By collaborating with Talent Management, DEIB and other People team and business partner stakeholders, you will ensure that these career growth initiatives are effective and contribute to a diverse and inclusive leadership team and culture. Your work will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement and accountability in fostering a thriving career development environment at Lyft where everyone belongs.
