Responsibilities
- Assist and produce graphic design initiatives in conjunction with appropriate Major League Baseball departments and consistent with their marketing plans, including:
- Club graphic identities/commemorative logos
- Sales promotion and presentation materials
- Exhibit environmental design
- Retail marketing and point-of-purchase design
- Communication and collateral material
- Create design solutions, including:
- Design direction to outside supplies and vendors
- Evaluation of creative executions
- Creation and production of graphic standards
- Budget and timeline management
- Assist in the development of creative presentations, including:
- Consumer products/licensee design inspiration boards
- Creation of creative communication presentation materials (i.e. concept boards, product comps, and presentation decks)
- Assist in the production of environmental design for initiatives in conjunction with appropriate Major League Baseball
departments and consistent with their marketing plans, including:- Exhibit environmental design
- Pre and Post production work
- Retail Marketing and Point-of-purchase design
- Tickets, invitations, and collateral materials
Qualification
- College degree
- Minimum of 2 years advertising and/or graphic design experience
- Understanding of graphic design, post production, and printing
- Extensive knowledge of graphic production and computers
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Familiar with PowerPoint/Keynote, Word, and Excel
- Baseball and sports enthusiast preferred
Pay Range: $30 - $34 per hour
The actual offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your work
experience, education, skills, and any other factors MLB considers relevant to the hiring
