Qualifications and Skills:
● Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier, After Effects
● Strong knowledge of digital artwork formats. (ex. PNG, TGA, AI, PSD, PDF, etc)
● Mastery of resolution, aspect ratios, sizing.
● Basic understanding of broadcast terminology and equipment.
● Strong understanding of Google Suite - Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides.
● Must possess excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, as speaking with vendors/clients/MLB departments will be a daily requirement.
● Must be detail oriented, with excellent note taking and reporting skills.
● Proficient in using Windows or Mac operating systems for corporate use.
Responsibilities:
● This position will be responsible for daily oversight of Virtual Advertising (EVI).
● Manage day-to-day coordination for all EVI projects on MLB.TV, Roku, AppleTV+, ESPN, FOX, TBS, Japan, MLB ONO
● Ensure all ballpark feeds are appropriately routed to EVI systems and troubleshoot when needed.
● Verify that international distribution partners are properly broadcasting EVI feeds in real-time
● Become proficient with our Content Management System {CMS}
● Coordinate with EVI vendors on schedules, special operator instructions, contingency planning, etc.
● Support on-going evaluation of EVI vendors performance
● Provide vendors with footage, insights, and best practices to enable their development of new solutions for MLB
● Required to work flexible hours and days as production assignments dictate including weekends, nights and holidays
Required Education:
● High School Diploma or EquivalentPreferred Education:
● College degree or working towards a degree in Graphic Design or Communications, Television & Video Production, Multimedia, Sports Broadcasting.
Pay Range: $35 per hour
