Institutional Property Advisors (“IPA” or the “Company”), a division of Marcus & Millichap, Inc. (NYSE: MMI) is seeking an Analyst that will be responsible for supporting senior Originators in the sourcing, originating, underwriting, and closing of multifamily loans, including via Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac (the “Agencies”). The candidate will be an integral part of the growth and development of IPA’s multifamily capital markets business. The primary responsibility of the Analyst is to provide due diligence support to senior originators including market analysis, tax analysis, financial modeling, and assistance in all aspects of the closing process. The position will be on a team that is consistently ranked as one of the top capital markets teams in the country. This team has closed over $30 billion since inception with recent volume well over $2 billion per year. This position will directly report the Executive Managing Director responsible for the multifamily capital markets business and will be based in southern California.

The anticipated salary range for candidates who will work in Los Angeles, CA is $80,000 - $88,000/annual, with additional bonus potential. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience within the industry, education, etc. Marcus & Millichap is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states.
