Marcus & Millichap, one of the nation’s leading commercial real estate investment services company (with more than 1,800 investment sales and financing professionals in 80 offices nationwide and throughout Canada) is seeking a Graphic Designer based in our Fort Lauderdale office.
We are looking for a passionate Graphic Designer with a strong background in visual design, digital design, and branding. The primary responsibility of this role is to craft scalable designs focused on agent branding, prospecting, and marketing collateral. As a Graphic Designer at Marcus & Millichap, you will produce creative assets that support our agents' marketing efforts across various platforms. This includes static and motion graphics for corporate social media, as well as general design deliverables for individual branding and marketing. You will work closely with the Director of Marketing and collaborate with Project Managers to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives.
The anticipated salary range for candidates who will work in Fort Lauderdale, FL is $70,000 - 75,000/annually. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type of experience withing the industry, education, etc. Marcus & Millichap is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states.
