Marcus & Millichap is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Investment Sales Intern to support a top-producing Commercial Real Estate Broker. The ideal candidate will be a reliable, resourceful team player and have a positive attitude. This is an excellent opportunity if you enjoy working with people and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. The internship will be approximately 6-9 months, on-site at Bell Works Holmdel.

The anticipated salary range for candidates who will work in this role is $20 per hour.  The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience within the industry, education, etc.  Marcus & Millichap is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states. 

Administrative Support

  • Manage and maintain CRM database of properties and owners
  • Maintain email database and generate call/email lists
  • Organize and update property listings internally and externally on platforms like CREXI and CoStar
  • Email marketing using Constant Contact or similar
  • Market Research & Communication

  • Gather and analyze market data to support business strategies
  • Ability to effectively work/interact with team members and clients
  • Experience with AI Tools and technology such as ChatGPT
