A senior multifamily investment sales team, based in Indianapolis, IN, is seeking a Full-Time Business Analyst to support its client investment sales business. The Analyst will receive a wide range of experience as they provide real-time support that includes market research, the execution of proposals, and assisting in the development of marketing collateral.
The Business Analyst will provide analytical support services, which will include performing market research and analyzing comparable properties and sales trends. The chosen candidate will need strong writing skills, with the ability to translate locational benefits into a compelling narrative. Professionalism and attention to detail are musts. The Analyst will be a resourceful contributor to the team, who can work independently, operate in a fast-paced environment, take direction, and multi-task under tight deadlines. Excellent communication is essential to this role.
This is a full-time, non-exempt (hourly), in-office position – not remote or work from home.

Conduct market research to help position broker analyses based on market trends, submarket fundamentals, and economic forecasting.Interpret data from a variety of sources to assess market's economic environment and to evaluate commercial real estate opportunities and trendsAbility to translate data and information into clear, professional reports and analyses that offer insightful interpretationDevelop analysis and reports to enhance client understanding of market trends and investment opportunities to use in preparing quarterly reports, strategic plans, and comparable studies.Assist in outlining, creating, and presenting broker analyses using Adobe InDesign. Previous InDesign experience not required, however must be comfortable using new technology.Create, maintain and update rent and sale comparable analyses.Analyze, review, and interpret real estate source documents, including operating statements, rent rolls, budgets, loan documents, operating statements, leases, and other due diligence materialInterpret data from a variety of sources to assess market's economic environment and to evaluate commercial real estate opportunities and trendsAbility to translate data and information into clear, professional reports and analyses that offer insightful interpretationDissect trends and collaborate with senior partners to verify data that will help tell the story of a specific marketAbility to handle multiple tasks accurately and productively during time sensitive situations.Interact with clients, fellow team members, and BrokersIdentify critical property level financial issues and make recommendationsDeveloping disposition strategies in conjunction with team members and clientsAssist in the production of property offering memorandums which will be used to actively market multifamily assets to the marketplaceWhat you’ll bring:
