The dynamic administrative support team at Marcus & Millichap Montréal, a leading commercial real estate brokerage agency, is seeking a new team member to join our innovative, collaborative team. We’re seeking a professional Marketing Coordinator who desires a stable, professional office environment providing growth and challenge. Ideal candidates for this role are passionate about providing top service, creating high end material, and are always looking for ways to improve self and team to make a difference in the office’s overall success.

This is a full-time, non-exempt (hourly), in-office position.

Commercial real estate is competitive and fast paced. Bring your creativity, graphic design skills, and the mindset of “no job too big or small”.

Some of the Interesting Things You'll be Doing:

  • Using your Adobe Creative Suite skills and our proprietary software, you’ll create various marketing packages that will be used by our brokers to promote their listings and other projects
  • Creating and publishing social media content, press releases, and other external pieces
  • Working closely with and supporting your local office as well as collaborating with Marketing Coordinators across Canada on a variety of tasks related to sales, events planning, and special projects
  • Participating in Marketing related calls with other Marcus & Millichap offices to learn and execute new marketing strategies
  • Learning real estate transaction administrative support – we teach you how to use Marcus & Millichap's proprietary software which will help you assist our brokers throughout the life cycle of their transactions
  • Translating internal and external documents
  • Assisting and coordinating the relationship with third party providers (signage companies, photographers)
  • You’ll become the Montreal office’s highly visible marketing expert
  • What You'll Bring

  • Intermediate/strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook*
  • Intermediate/strong experience in Adobe Creative Suite is required*
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Great soft skills: collaborative, proactive, and approachable with a strong desire to learn and grow
  • Excellent attention to detail including proofreading and editing abilities
  • Reliability and punctuality; take pride in owning your responsibilities and contributing to the team
  • 2+ years marketing/administrative experience desired and if you’ve worked in a sales environment, that’s a big plus!
  • Fully bilingual, written and spoken (French and English)
