We’re seeking an experienced Product Director for our Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) product line and Mobile applications with a history of leading a product and teams to drive ideas from inception to launch. Our cloud native CAD solves challenging problems unique to Public Safety. To that end, the product team thrives on our uncanny ability to research and break down complex problems and deliver simple and delightful user experiences.

 

What you can expect to work on:

  • Managing a team of 2-3 Product Managers
  • Developing a deep understanding of our customers needs through customer interactions, market research, user feedback and competitive analysis
  • Partnering with the customers, sales, design and engineering, customer success and delivery to define, own and execute the CAD and Mobility product roadmap
  • Improving processes used by PMs to drive efficiency and foster collaboration with other teams
  • Communicating product priorities across the organization using data driven decision making
  • Creating and owning team-wide goals and metrics around feature launches, success outcomes and iterating based on results
  • Presenting company wide and customer facing product updates on a regular basis
  • Partnering with marketing on go-to-market strategy and sales enablement
  • Aligning CAD and Mobility investments with company growth targets, launch enablement, and customer retention goals, all of which will enable the company to dominate the CAD market

 

What we expect from you:

  • Strong alignment with our mission
  • 8-10 years experience working in product, with 4+ years as a product leader and managing Product Managers
  • 6+ years managing a complex enterprise product
  • Travel up to 20%
  • Ability to learn quickly and become an expert within the company on our CAD and on the CAD market
  • Demonstrated experience shipping multiple products from start to finish, concept to launch
  • Well-rounded business, design, and tech acumen which enable productive discussions with customers, sales, designers and engineers
  • Ability to see the simplest path through a complex workflow
  • Experience channeling the points-of-view of a wide range of stakeholders
  • Proven experience using data to drive decision making
  • Experience building internal training and onboarding for new PMs
  • Very comfortable using agile/kanban or similar methodologies to approach your work
