About the Team

The role will look to fulfil training requirements that exist via government partnerships where we are looking to digitise offline sellers or women from self help groups in rural areas. These are part of our CSR efforts and the team comprises individuals from the public policy vertical with strong support and mentoring by the business team that works on the ground and focuses on in person and online seller training to get offline entrepreneurs online. 

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and outgoing individual to join our team as a CSR Associate/Relationship Manager. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, strong public speaking abilities, and a natural talent for building and maintaining relationships. A good understanding of business dynamics, analytical thinking, and convincing skills are critical to succeed in this role.

It is primarily a role where the individual will be conducting trainings and liaising with government agencies to ensure digitized individuals have a smooth transition to the online platform. 

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with govt partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Deliver engaging presentations and represent the organization in various forums and events
  • Communicate effectively to address concerns, clarify requirements, and align goals with stakeholders
  • Use persuasive communication to negotiate and secure agreements beneficial for the business
  • Analyze business data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities to improve strategies
